Hi All,
Wonder if you can offer some advice. Recently have been having problems with my broadband being very slow / unusable. I also had two days last week whereby the link dropped and I was getting an orange flashing light on my home hub 4.0 Type B. I raised these instances with the fault line and they had to reset the line several times to get the circuit to sync and things are then ok for a little while. Web pages get very slow to load. Below are some traceroutes I have just taken to 8.8.8.8. These are through a wired connection.

I am just runnig the BTW Performance Test and will post the results once completed.
I just feel that I am not getting the support from the fault line and we seem to go over the same ground every time of powering off the HomeHub, resyncing the circuit and not getting any further.
Thanks
Glen
Here is some info on my Exchange and Cabinet if it is required.

from your stats you have a good 16mb connection speed which is well above estimated speed and almost 3 days stable connection
are you running the download speed tests with an ethernet conenction not wireless?
any noise on quiet line test dial 17070 oprion 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
Yes I am running from a wired connection to eliminate the wireless.
It is really strange, for a little while I have a great connection and then it just slows right down. Right now I am getting 11.74mbps, there is something causing issues, there are minimal devices on the network and nothing else hammering the bandwidth.
can you try btspeedtster diagnostic and see if you can post any meaningful result http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/
