I recently switched from the flexible Sports package with the HD add on to Big Sport but am now unable to add the HD add on for £5 as before. When I view My Products there is no HD add on available. If I attempt to manage the package I get a message asking me to call because of the type of package you've got already.

Please do not post the same problem on more than one board.
The clue is in the name "Bills and Packages" which you can find in the same way as you found the board you double posted on.
Thank you for your abruptness, after all I only came here for help after waiting on a phone for what felt like ever.
So are you able to advise whether my incorrectly posted query relates to Bills and Packages or is it an Account issue?
If you don’t mind me asking.... please next time when taking the high ground to a newbie that maybe you could move the post but then advise the poster in a Private Message of the unintentional error they made.

Hi @KernowJ welcome to the forum and sorry you could not get through to when you called. You can add the HD add on via your online account and order it on your BT TV package.
