Hi

 

Phoned BT and when asked why I was phoneing I said I wish to complain when asked if my problem was with broardband I said no and was promtly put through to nice lady who after 35 minutes told me that she worked for the broadband dept and couldnt help me and put me on hold, 40 mins later I gave up.

 

Please please can anyone help

A mod will be in contact with you soon. They take assistance requests in strict rotation (frustrating for you but fair for everyone) normally within 3-5 days depending on workload.

 

They will take full ownership of your problem and keep you informed of progress until resolved.
