Phoned BT and when asked why I was phoneing I said I wish to complain when asked if my problem was with broardband I said no and was promtly put through to nice lady who after 35 minutes told me that she worked for the broadband dept and couldnt help me and put me on hold, 40 mins later I gave up.
Please please can anyone help
