Folder has disappeared

In last 7 days an important Folder has disappeared from my BT Mail.

I can still transfer messages to it as it  shows on the transfer page on the RH side but it has disappeared from the list in My Folders.

How can I retrieve it ?

P.S. Also increasingly getting 'an error has occurred' message when attempting to transfer messages to My Folders.

Hi @rickety  sorry that one of your email folders has disappeared. 

Is this the only folder that is missing?
How are you accessing your emails? 
Have you checked to see if the folder has not accidentally been moved to the trash/spam folder?

Yes I have done all the usual checks.

It is not shown in My Folders but, strangely, if I attempt to move a message using the Move to, My folders - it is shown !

It is an important folder containing many emails that I often have to refer to but now can't.

I am getting a lot of 'unexpected error' messages when I want to delete messages. But otherwise everything is working fine.

Hi @rickety I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderators and we'll ask the email team to take a look at this for you. If possible can you provide a few screenshots of the folders and when it is not visible and visible to you to help us investigate this anomaly?
