No Way am I dsoconnecting 3 routers and swapping them around on my lines - it will take ages for them to get back to a decent synch speed (that's another ongoing saga)
As it was the same PC - and it was regardless of whether it was IE or FF
So I think I can rule out the PC and the OS - please.....
I'm positive the commonality is BT Vision - I recollect someone earlier in the thread trying to be helpful and suggesting things as they had had no issues - they did not have BT Vision

I think you'll find that was DS! Then someone else joined the thread to say they had BTVision and could still use the speedtester with no problems - which sort of suggests that it's not BTVision.

working today - but why does it keep asking for that second set of information every time ?
So can no-one suggest why lBT Speedtester on that line keeps asking for username and domain ?
