Four new HD Channels 03-Oct-2016

Don't think Film 4 HD is exclusive to Virgin anymore, as we had it on Sky prior to joining BT in the summer.

I am on max and had to do a factory reset keep recordings in maintenance mode to get them to work.

Strange on etnertainment Max only get Dave HD.

Im on Entertanment Max and I get all HD channels so you should get all channels.

I got the same issue. Dave HD 387 works, but 388,389,390 don't. Been trying to resolve with BT since 3rd Oct with no luck.

Looks like I was lucky. Had on line chat this morning but no help. Tried again this afternoon and advisor contacted technical team. Once I had rebooted problem was solved. Hope you are sorted soon.

They have been availiable in HD  on my box for a few years !  Could it be your transmission area that does not have them ?

@claptnei I had to go through to customer service and it got sorted out the person in tech support in india didnt sound happy getting it fixed but i got them all working now.

How do you get those channels @ZooBurner when no-one else can? They don't even appear on Freesat. I thought ITV2-4 and E4/More4 in HD were exclusively behind the paywall and only on Sky? I could be wrong.
