I revived a email from the BT Team( Sunday night) at 10pm.saying my account was locked. When clicking on the email it took it took it to my Apple account to sign in and password. Then asked for back details. I had a feeling this was not correct when I started . I stopped at the bank detail. Why I went that far is not like me. I than contacted Apple this was 2am in the morning who after doing a good number of checks informed me it was a fraud and someone was after my details. Apple said the would look further in to thus and for me to change my password which I have done and my BT One. The BT EMAIL was half in English and I half French I think .
