My contract with BT Broadband was due to expire in July and I was considering changing my ISP. In May however, I received a letter from BT stating that if I renewed my contract by 31st May I would get a free Google Home. I renewed my contract on the 28th. May and fully expected to receive my free gift. After a month or so I contacted BT Customer Services by e-mail on several occasions and eventually received an e-mail from BT.Com Vouchers Team alleging my order was not placed with an eligible promotion and they would not honour my claim for the gift At no time did they request a copy of the letter to prove my claim. If anyone can offer any assistance, please let me know
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
