As others on the forums have said BT promised free JBL speakers with certain purchases and then not honouring them.
As an existing BT broadband customer I was sent a promotion link for a mobile phone. I purchased a Samsung A70 with 12GB data on a 24 month contract on 5th September. This purchase clearly qualified for the JBL speaker offer but am now being told the handset did but the data level didn't.
Unfortunately I did not take a screen shot and do not have the necessary page in my browser history to prove it. Another contributor has confirmed the same happened to them with the same phone and the qualifying data usage was 6GB for the free offer.
Will go to Trading Standards if necessary as BT are clearly mis-selling.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Further to phone call with my wife in November advising the speaker would now be sent. It is well more than 30 days and the speaker still hasn't arrived.
I did post on private message but that hasn't been responded to either.
If you have just sent another private message to @RobbieMac
Then you should get a reply from one of the moderation team within a few days.
Robbie has tried 3 times to get the rewards team to send the speaker. The last time we spoke which was over 30 days ago he said if it didn't come this time he would credit the account with the value of the speaker. I have tried to private message him but his account isn't there. Can someone else please pick this up.
