Order for Max 4K & broadband package placed 19th June and went live 25th June.
Due to technical reasons on the day I could not place the order online but sales team assured me that he had noted I was eligible for free gift, (my son keeps pestering me for the headphones).
I rang and chased this up 15th July and after a long call where it seems like the sales person was selling me the same package again, I was again assured that I was eligible and would get the free gift email soon.
I've given it another two weeks but nothing. Can I get help on here?

I've not had an answer yet. Just an email to say that an Echo Dot that I didn't order will be another 30 days as there is no stock!
