I wont bore you with what has gone on before regarding me having duplicate accounts and not being able to confirm I am the account holder.Etc.
I am now in a position to actually follow up on the Email invite to upgrade my soon to be Obsolite Vision Box for a Free Replacement You View Box .
All is OK on the online form -I tick box to say I dont want to pay for any TV services but the bit that concerns me is that
--On my Activation date my Broadband will be disconnected and my Fibre service Started---or words to that effect.
This is dispite me being a FIBRE TO THE PREMISES Customer for the last 18 months.
All Im trying to do is have the new box -understanding they are tying me into a new 18 month contract.Why do BT not just have a confirmation form for this saying-Thankyou-Your new View Box box is on order.
Has anyone else gone through this process without problems.
