Free fit bit

My internet went live on 13th November and iv had an email to tell me to expect an email within 14 days to claim my free fit bit. I haven’t had this so just called and been told it can take up to 30 days but the same posts on here don’t state 30 days!! Can you check what is happening please?

Hi @Becca21 I called earlier sorry I missed you. I've checked and the 14 days from the order completion was the 27th. The email with the code will be sent today please can you check and let me know you have received it ok.
