Free gift from Bt

I recently asked for a free gift (an Xbox) as I have been a customer for a while now and BT agreed however they said there should be an email within 5 days saying about it however I haven’t had anything back, and they said it should come within 10 days however it’s coming up to 10 days and I’ve heard nothing?

Any help?
