Don't hold you breath, I have been waiting since January for a set of headphones which was the only reason I opted for the contract, no sign of them despite acknowledgement that I am to receive them from BT. I have been chasing relentlessly for Months...Conned? yes, this is the way BT operates...I am about to cancel all my services with them due to their underhand and misleading behaviour.
