Freesports

I’m unable to access Freesports through by BT HD box. 

Channel 64 is not there in the channel list. I have tried retuning and checked for hidden channels. 

I can access it when I plug my cable from the wall directly into the tv and bypass bt so it is available but for some reason not through my bt box. 

any ideas? Thanks

Can you recieve other channels on the same mux?

We sport neither what I've been hearing it's to do with con 7 if there's channels on them frequencies it's very hard to get I've been told by the Freeview people when I phoned them up about this I were thinking it out putting it on con5 yes I did I think you would have got it it but instead they decided to put it in the mix con 7

Freesports is on Com7 so turn to another channel on Com7 such as Quest Red+1 and check what signal strength and quality you are getting
