Freeview lost

We have bt tv which is working fine but the remainder of the TVs in the house have lost their freeview signals.  Is this normal.  I thought that  the bt tv box uses freeview signal to work so I can’t understand what is going on. Wils3

Re: Freeview lost

Hi @Wils3 ,

if you are using a Youview box then

Channels 1-299, 600-800 are delivered via your aerial as part of the Freeview service and may vary considerably depending on your location. Your BT TV subscription channels are provided on channels 300-599 and are provided over your broadband connection.

(BBC Channels that you watch on Freeview channel numbers via the aerial  have options like connected red button that may launch  BBC Iplayer and sport options that will utilise your broadband connection).
