No, unfortunately not. You have to phone - but that is a 1-2 hour wait.
For a "communications" company BT are horrendous to communicate with.
I agree I think they should stop doing internet packages and tv packages and solely concentrate on getting it right with the landlines etc they are failing badly really and not admitting it is even worse imo
Wow, you are aware that they have a lot of extremely vulnerable customers on old capped broadband & landline only packages that they have been prioritising solving first entirely correctly IMO
