I recently referred a relative to BT Broadband, the referral process means that both the relative and myself should receive a £50 Amazon voucher when the order is complete.
I was expecting the process to take some time but BT got the relative up and running quicker than expected and the relative has now received their amazon gift card details and they're ready to go, whereas I'm yet to hear anything at all. How long should I expect to wait before following up and who should I be following up to?

I am in exactly the same boat. My friend placed their order in May and I am yet to hear anything. I did recieve an email shortly afterwards detailing what needs to happen and should hear within 45 days.
I am still waiting and it's now September.
To be quite frank, it is simply not good enough.
Having been with BT for over 4 years now having moved from Sky TV firstly because of price but secondly because of the lack of concern for existing customers, I can't help but feel I am going down the same path and it will be time to move on again.
