Fttp present but not able to order.

I am desperate for someone to help. I have now been promised three callbacks by BT and have not received any. Openreach shows fttp at my address, I have even had confirmation through e mail from openreach that it is here, but BT say it isn't. Nobody at BT seems to be interested in helping me at all. I get fobbed off constantly. I have complained and even this has been ignored, no acknowledgement at all. I rely on fibre to work and this is a nightmare. It has ruined my move to my new house and I'm at the end of my tether. I really think BT needs to look at how it treats customers.

OK it says you can get it so ring this number 0800 587 4787 which is the fibre order team. They should get you sorted out.

I have done this on multiple occasions and get told it isn't here. That's why I'm so frustrated.

I have just gone on BT.com and checked the address using the phone number that shows up here and it is now saying fibre is available to order. Does that mean someone has finally updated the database?

Cancel that. When trying to order it says infinity isn't available even though it says it is when it checks the Nunavut and address at the start.

The fibre order team use the same database I asked you to check. Now when you ring up they should see it as good to go.

 

Try tomorrow and if you have a problem don't pull your hair out just come back here.
