Full Fibre 100 - moving house

I'm interested in getting Full Fibre 100, but I rent my home so am concerned about where it leaves me if I had to move before the contract is up. If I moved to a home where this was not an option, what happens? I don't want to leave myself with a hefty termination fee if BT cannot give me this service somewhere else. Also, if they can provide me with it in a new home, what fees would I have to pay for setting it up at a new property? Thank you in advance

Have a look at https://www.bt.com/manage/moving-home/

If the new property doesn't have Full Fibre available you'll go onto the broadband options available to it.
