I'm in a full fibre area and currently have the full fibre 300 package which I get full speeds with and have all the necessary hardware installed in my house, however I don't seem to be able to upgrade my package to the gigabit/900mpbs tier.
Anyone in a similar situation? Is this a capacity issue or has my line not been recognised as being upgradable? Tried talking to some of the advisors on the phone but with the limited resources from openreach they werent able to give me any reason why these packages were not available or just advised me to wait.
I've been moved to fully WFH for the next 6 months and would love the extra upload the gig tier offers. Anyone able to offer an insights on how this works and what changes I should be looking out for?
