Having been with BT before and not able to get a decent signal in some parts of the house, i switched over to Virgin. That actually was worse for wifi, so i purchased a couple of Zyxel MultyX devices, put the Virgin media hub into Modem mode and now i get decent speeds around the house.
So i see BT are now doing 900 full fibre in my area and was going to switch over but someone suggested i might not be able to use the Zyxel MultyX mesh setup that i have. Ideally i would as i have already spent the money.
My understanding is that is due to the new BT hub thast will be supplied will not be able to be put into Modem Mode.
Does nayone know if this is true? or are my Multy X device useless if i go to BT?
Or is there any way to get around this. ideally i want as close to a "standard" setup as possible. i.e. If i have any issues and i call for help, then BT will still be able to assist in troubleshooting.
Any help is appreciated.

If you have full fibre 900 you don't need the hub in modem mode, the ONT is the modem, the hub is just the router. You can just dispense with the hub completely.
No you can authenticate with the Zyxel. Username bthomehub@btbroadband.com and password BT
