Full fibre flyer still can’t order

We have had fttc connection for several years and recently they have been working round here laying fibre cables and adding extra equipment to the pylons, we had a flyer several months ago saying they were building full fibre in this area and the other day got a flyer saying it was here, but when going to the site on the flyer to order it’s just coming up with the same g fast options saying again they are starting to build full fibre in my area, are they just slow updating the website or are they too early handing out the flyers?

Re: Full fibre flyer still can’t order

Flyers are sent out via postal areas which don't always match up with reality.

The only way to check if FTTP is available to you is by going HERE and seeing if WBC FTTP is listed as available.

Seems strange to send out flyers saying it’s available when it’s not though, as I said they have been doing all the work, can only imagine it will become available any time.

AKA It's coming but it's not ready to order yet.

No we had the flyer stating it was coming a while ago, this one says it’s here and ready to order.

Re: Full fibre flyer still can’t order

Have you tried your neighbours' postcodes with door number?

I could see for months (years probably) them doing FTTP about 2-3 miles away and I checked those postcodes and slowly moved towards my address.

Re: Full fibre flyer still can’t order

I’ve tried local neighbours addresses but not a mile or so away, we have had fttc for years and they have recently cabled from the cabinet down the road, from access points in the footpath down our road, and cabled the pylons including ours, I can see all the extra workings on the pylon, and as I said we have had both flyers.
