Future Bills inc Extra Costs?

Hi,

Where can I view how much my future bills will be or even how much my products will cost?

I have just renewed my contract and can't find info regarding this anywhere.....??

you should receive an email after recontracting detailing what terms/package you have agreed and costs

No emails at all regarding new contract.

I'm keen to know though, is it possible to view forthcoming bill plus extras?  I can find nothing regarding costs of products etc or future bills...

You should be able to view your order and contract details via MyBT.

First of all you need to go to this page. https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Then select the order that you wish to view, and there will be a link saying "Show contract terms"

If you have multiple account numbers, make sure that the correct on is selected on the dropdown box at the top, otherwise you may not see any orders displayed.

No matter where I go there is absolutely nowhere I can find that gives details of a financial nature relating to my new account.  It looks like I'll have to wait for the next bill to find out....
