Future Voice Service?

I've just received an email confirming my order and it contains "Calling plan With phone number: 03316[redacted]" which BT have said is for "Future Voice Service".

I am unable to find any information about this, does anyone know what it is?

03316 is associated with BT Smart Talk.

Thanks Ribblelancs, I have that already set up on my cell phone and it didn't require me to enter the 03316 number.

The support tech said it was for Skype and similar programs but I can't find any details about that either.
