GENUINE OR SCAM

I APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR.THERE HAVE BEEN ANY NUMBER OF SCAMS IN RECENT WEEKS PURPORTING TO BE BT AND TELLING ME THAT UNLESS I TICK THE CORRECT BOX I WILL LOOSE MY EMAIL AFTER 20 APRIL NONE OF THE LINKS LED ANYWHERE AND THE LAST TIME I LOOKED THERE WAS A NOTICE TELLING ME THAT'THIS ACCOUNT IS CURRENTLY DISABLED PLEASE CONTACT THE FORM CREATOR FOR MORE DETAILS.WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY EMAIL ACCOUNT UP AND RUNNING THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE IGNORED PATENT SCAM CONTACTS AND FOUND MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PULLED. ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED. SMOKEYJOE
