Hello I am completely frustrated.
I have been trying to access BT Sport Lite online or my smartphone (iPhone). It tells me only the Primary BT ID for this account can be used to watch BT sport online.
So I click on the option to 'set this as my Primary BT ID...' and all that happend is a getting a warning symbol that states 'Sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try again later'. I have been 'trying later' for several weeks and have phoned BT to get help. The technical people have taken control of my laptop and failed to solve the issue. They promised to escalate this issue. Someone will allegedly ring me back in 2 - 48 hours. This has not happened.
Can someone help?
