Getting charged for timeline calls that I have not made
Hi, hope to get some help with this mystery. When viewing my bill on line I noticed I have been charged 45p for a Timeline call that I did not make - no need to l have got loads of clocks! The duration of the call was one second and I vaguely remember the same thing happening a few months ago so this time I wasn't letting it go. I called BT but didn't get anywhere really, the person I spoke to said the call must have been made and there wouldn't be a refund. Looking on line later I see it is been a common problem for years and it has also been mentioned on this forum, so has anybody had this same issue and had it resolved? I have got BT broadband as well as the line. Thanks in advance.
