Getting help with packages

I want to change my broadband package but I really want some advice on which one is best for me based on my needs.  I've tried the live chat but I just get referred to the website without speaking to anyone.  I want a fast speed for video but I don't what the difference is between halo packages and the other packages.   I'm currently on

Broadband Unlimited with unlimited usage, average 10Mb download speed.  It's costing me £54 a month.

I struggle to see videos on social media and posting a video or uploading to YouTube takes forever.  Can anyone help please?

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if  HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information . 

enter your phone number and post results  remember to delete number   https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

to change package phone 0800800030 and they will help

if you post info requested will some idea what you have and also what is possible

I can't find any stats anywhere.  I have  four tabs, home, services, settings and troubleshooting.

the stats should show connection speed , noise margin, attenuation., connection time

can you try the link with your phone number  remember delete number

I'm on a very old package.  The stats are not shown on the BT HH page.  I have a very slow downoad and upload.  Download is 20.8 mbps and upload is 1.7mbps.   I just want to know if it's worth changing to BT Halo or whether to go for the faster broadband package.  I'm the only person using the internet in the house.  I need to be able to watch videos on social media and to be able to watch and post videos to YouTube.  I can just about watch YouTube now but not the social media videos.  I need these as a part of a training course I'm doing.
