I want to change my broadband package but I really want some advice on which one is best for me based on my needs. I want a fast speed for video but I don't what the difference is between halo packages and the other packages. I'm currently on

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .

I'm on a very old package. The stats are not shown on the BT HH page. I have a very slow downoad and upload. Download is 20.8 mbps and upload is 1.7mbps. I just want to know if it's worth changing to BT Halo or whether to go for the faster broadband package. I'm the only person using the internet in the house. I need to be able to watch videos on social media and to be able to watch and post videos to YouTube. I can just about watch YouTube now but not the social media videos. I need these as a part of a training course I'm doing.
