Have 1 unread email, but I have spent all morning going though my inbox sorting and deleting everything, inbox now is now empty and still showing 1 unread. Anyone understand this.
I know this was posted some time ago, but I also had this issue. To solve, make sure your preview view is in 'right'. Then you can use the 'funnel' icon to sort your email to 'unread', then you'll see which errant email is causing you the hassle!

When you use the 'funnel' icon to sort your email to display, 'unread' emails, do you see nothing?
Do you use another device to check your emails? If so have you checked on that device to see if there is an unread email on that and for some reason is causing the problem on your webmail account.
If that isn't the problem try clearing the cookies and history from your browser or/and try another browser to see if it clears it.
