Please can someone help. Yesterday for no reason Gmail has stopped displaying any BT emails and just says enter credentials. It then says user name and/or password incorrect, even though they are correct. I have checked them via the BT login page on the internet and can access the email via our BT account. It says Yahoo on the email page in case that makes a difference. We had been getting email through a couple of days ago so it's a recent issue.
I have cleared the data, uninstalled updates and tried to remove the BT email account but couldn't find a way to do that so couldn't reinstall it!

To confirm, you use Gmail’s interface to receive emails on your BT email account and send them?
What updates did you uninstall please? You can’t do this on gmail.
if you can access using web interface then account name and password are ok and problem is probably the bt servers and there are numerous posts about that normally if you wait couple of days and do nothing then try again that normally works

In the Apps section there was an option to uninstall in details so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
