Writing this while on hold to bt customer services.
been on for more than half an hour, message says they are very busy.
As soon as i press send on this I am getting in my car to catch ferry.
My call divert is screwed up, with certain calls from broad it does not divert but gives a message saying i am not accepting calls.
i have logged in my bt and turned off all forms of blocking
How can i fix this?
Which telephone serve operator answer the phone within 5 minutes as currently a change of service provider looks best option.
