Re: Good news for landline-only customers

Of course, that does not mean if you get your landline only from BT, and broadband from another provider, you will benefit, but it will help elderly customers who just have a phone, or those in care homes with their own private phone.

Re: Good news for landline-only customers

Nice find @MadRob that will benefit my nan and the majority of my neighbours who are elderly and have been loyal with bt since day dot. They might not pay for internet but they are paying monthly costs to have those fall detector auto dialer things plugged in.  So the landline is still important to them.

Doesn't it? It says all BT landline only rentals will be reduced by £7 / month. You don't need to be elderly to get that reduction.

How does this price reduction affect customers on home saver plans?
