Using Google Chrome to login to BT Mail (sign in page.....have done for years) .. BT mail now only allows one of 2 email addresses to work ... can't login with 2nd email address unless via Internet Explorer .. is this a Google fault or a BT page fault ( been on chat line to BT ... they say change web browser as Google fault ... not convinced as obviously 1 address works...??

It sounds like a browser issue if the email address works on one browser but not the other. If you open up a new window in incognito using Chrome (settings button at the top right -> new incognito window, or Ctrl+Shift+N) and log in with the problem email, does that make a difference?
Try clearing the cache and history in the settings of your browser.
Thanks for that ... struggled with log ins all p.m. yesterday and realised that Google had binned password on the email address in question and reverted to an old password ( no idea why / how / when ) ... also G had binned all passwords in "..manage passwords" ... corrected with new password (i.e. the one which was previously current password ...!!! ) all now up and running as before...... can't explain it..... no help from BT chatline at all.
