Re-Contracted Thursday 20/04/2017 and took out Anytime Calls as thought it may be handy, then found out that I would get 1000 included minutes to BT mobiles which would certainly help, but, I've been charged twice now for ringing my own BT mobile, which my daughter uses.
OK it's only cost me £0.60 but why?
BT know it's a BT mobile as I pay for it on the same bill and we purposely didn't ring her much in case they mucked it up, and they haven't let me down!
Can anyone suggest a polite answer.

Hi @wallzone Sorry you have been charged incorrectly for calls to BT Mobile.
Can I ask if you have been billed for the calls already or are you seeing them in your recent usage? And have you been charged for any of these calls after the 27th April (if you have made any)?
yeah I've been billed for both calls already one from the day the contract went live, I'd checked it was live.
First call 20th April 11:10
Second call 26th April 13:21
Why after 27th April what's the significance of that date?

We will be happy to correct your bill if you send us your details. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.
The previous case I had was fixed on the 27th. As you haven't made a call yet since then please can you make a test one so we can check if the fault is persisting when we contact you.
OK John, I'll get back to you later on then as my daughter is a teenager and she's got the phone and she's still in bed, typical teenager probably will be until 13:00 or so 😉

I've just made a call John and as requested contacted you via contact the mods, I await your reply.
I think that this one has been sorted by DaveM, I assume that this is the only David who's a Mod(?).
My daughter just took the phone call from him in my absence, and he told her that it's sorted all charges to BT mobiles from the landline have/will be refunded.
He's ringing later in the week to talk to me about it.
So leave it open until then please.
