Hi, i made a support ticket a week ago and got a response on sunday telling me to monitor the line and then inform the Mod, of how the line has been.
He responded by email so i am wondering, do i reopen a ticket, or do i respond to his email?
Stupid question i know but it says if the problem is not resolved feel free to reopen it within 7 days, and he says to inform him of progress :3
It will carry a unique ref number, just for your issue

I responded to his email with my hubstats and how the problem had transcended 😛 Hopefully that was enough. I didnt include my incident******* Code, as i thought it would already be included as it was a direct response too his email, is that ok?

Don't worry, if you've replied to his email then the ref number will be there:)
