Hi I'd like to say how fantastic Paul in the Newcastle billing department was at sorting out my issue today. I'd called a few times and spoken to different people who basically told me they had fixed the problem but hadn't, Paul on the other hand persevered and went that extra mile to finally get to the bottom of the problem and resolve it for me. So I'd like to say thank you to him and say how wonderful he is at his job 😄
