JOKE :)

I have just registered for FASTER BROADBAND. Guess that means 2 cans and a piece of dry string as there hasn't been enough rain for wet string. Maybe that means I will get 39Kb soon:)

Re: JOKE :)

I think something has been chewing on my string because my last speedtest was 2mbps download and 0mbps upload.

Re: JOKE :)

If its not an April Fool joke - I had a download speed of 2kb - this was due to a faulty gigabit port. Michael

Re: JOKE :)

Never said it was funny apart from the total debacle Infinity is turning out to be.

See my other posts where BT are now working on a fault in Weston super Mare.

I actually switched ports yesterday as i do not have anything that operates above 10/100, due to removing another router that I no longer really use as only my main computer is attached and directly to the HUB3 now as opposed to running through this other router.

Thanks also to Win7 not recognising my NAS and no updates available from the makers....hence removing the above router.

Re: JOKE :)

Look at other posts I have made you will see that I have had erratic speeds for a while now and not just related to the BT Speedtester.

Presently I have no upload capability:)...speed zilch!
