i used the service just for 2 weeks and it totally drove me nuts.
I was taking the broadband option1, and only first 3 days of the service started, i received a email that i reached the limit, which is impossible for me since i was alone in the flat.
Then i thought I called and talked to sooo many people in BT, transferring me to different department, NO HELP AT ALL. And end up they just tell me the only way to do is UPGRADE the plan.
by then, I still keep receiving email that i am exceeding the limit, need to pay extra, then I called to BT again, they said my plan is in option 2 IN THEIR RECORD, but when i checked my bt.com, my account was still option 1.
I have no idea what is the meaning of " in their record"?
then the one in the phone told me that "THERE IS NO ONE IN BT CAN HELP YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE PLAN, THERE IS NO ONE CAN DO THAT!"
I am totally enough for that "customer services", can anyone tell me how can i cancel this ridiculous service provider wisely??

I am contemplating transferring my broadband to BT but if this sort of thing is going on I would feel very reluctant to do so, especially as the help staff on the phone are so unwelcoming and unhelpful.
