HELP won't order online

Hi

I have been trying to order a Sim only plan online all last night and this morning - i am getting a message saying there is a technical error.

When i try to order over the phone, I am told I am not entitled to the amazon gift voucher. 

this will be the seconf time this has happened - please help

Are you signed in to your BT account when you're trying to order? If so, try doing it without being signed in perhaps ?
Also have you tried another browser in case it's an issue with cookies/cache/temp files or something ? If not gove it a shot / clear your internet files maybe.
What's the message?

I havve the same issue, it wont let me progress unless i also order BT Sport, which i already have
