Using HH2 and if I try and watch a long video (more than a couple of minutes) or a TV programme the Hub doesn't like it and drops the signal. I then have to reset the hub. I have two tablets and a PC connected though it is rare for more than one to be using the hub at any one time. Once the signal is lost then none of the devices can connect until the hub is reset.
I have switched hubs for one from my son, he has a few as BT keep sending him new ones for some reason. Same problem occurs.
maybe you should call customer service and ask for a replacement hub 4
