Hi I was wondering if you can help. We have had intermittent broadband connectivity issues since we moved to our new house and the symptoms are .. all three blue lights on HH3 on and steady but cannot access the internet. We spoke to BT support and they reset our router yet we are still getting issues. We thought it was the line dropping but BT couldnt see anything wrong with it and wanted to sell me a new HH as a "possible answer".
I was wondering if it was our DNS settings on the HH3?
they are currently
yet if i look online they appear not to BT DNS addresses? I have read some of the other message boards and I dont think trying to change all our devices to use another DNS is the answer. (if its the problem)
Any assistance much appreciated, all we want is a stable connection that doesnt constantly say "connected" at the HH but intermittently gives back nothing.

you cannot change the hh3 dns settings but you can change the settings in windows
if i change my windows settings doesnt that just mean the local PC uses a different dns? what do i do about ipads etc ?
and what address should i set it to and more importantly why am i having to do this, why isnt the HH set up correctly?
Sorry for all the questions but it seems we are trying to find a way round the core issue..
