HH3 Help

Hi all

New to all this but I need a bit of help if you can.

I own a Belkin wireless router which I need to connect to my setup rather than the HH3 because the Belkin has two wireless networks within it self. But when I connected the Belkin to the modem it seemed not to work. Am I doing anything wrong. The BT is infinity upto 80meg getting 67 on good days

Thanks all

David

Re: HH3 Help

Does the Belkin have a WAN interface, and does it support PPPoE?

If not, then its not going to work.

If it supports PPPoE, then you will need to enter a user name and password.

Infinity uses PPPoE. (Point To Point Protocol Over Ethernet)

If you use a different router with Infinity, then you need to make sure that the authentication is set to PPPoE.
You can use a user name of broadbanduser@btbroadband.com and a password of bt
