I'm really sorry that no one has been in touch, I've contacted the Hub team again today asking them to look into this for you.
In the meantime have you tried changing the wireless channel?
Analysed local wi-fi signals, nothing new encrouching on the signal from my HHB3B than there was before. If I stand next to the Hub, I get a great signal but move out of the room and it tails off rapidly. My ipad lost the wi-fi signal completely 4 times yesterday whilst just in the next room and that was only whilst I was using it to notice the error message.
Sounds like a different problem to the original one then. Being nearer the hub made no difference to the original 'fade' issue
I am going to lock this thread as the "Fade" issue originally described in this thread has been resolved. If you are having issue with your connection, it is unlikely related to the same issue. The best thing to do is to start your own thread and the community will be there to help and offer support.
