if you have a wireless pc or laptop with windows you can try downloading inssider2.2 (istumbler if MAC) and then run it. This will show the broadcasting networks round about you and their channels including your own including the BTWIFI signals

file is small so as long as a connection even your 'low' 7mb will be fine

Re: HH3 and BT WIFI/FON

inssider will show you the wifi networks round about you and the channels on which they are broadcasting and the strength you are reciving their signal.  you want to try to make sure you are on an empty channel and your signal is the strongest you are receiving.  that will mean making changes to the router if necessary
