Hello BT,
After a few years of good strong connection, my Infinity broadband has started dropping out pretty regularly. Looking at this forum, it seems others are having similar problems. I can 'see' the drops in the log of my home hub manager. I have pasted one example below (there are many like this). I hope pasting it here it helpful to figure out what is going on? I've just been on the telephone with BT and they said they're 'refreshed my line' whatever that means. Unsure if it's made a difference yet. Hopefully.
