Re: HH4 disconnects & slow internet

Apologies  forgot to post the requested info

I just had a disconnection earlier. I left it alone without resetting or restart, and it came back. Speed however, still quite slow.

Re: HH4 disconnects & slow internet

What do you think though ? Is it normal ? Disconnections, terrible speed. Can barely browse the web without it timing out. I bought a new HH4 today in hope it would resolve the problem, guess I was wrong. Am out of ideas. Have called BT lots this week, they said they would call me 3pm this afternoon, and they didn't. What does one do????
