HH5 on Infinity started to drop out twice an evening (Orange light)

HI

 

Wanted to post here before risking the dreaded long call to a foreign tech support but my Broadband has started dropping out each evening.

 

It literally drops for 2 mins on two occaisions each evening.

 

So, the light will be blue but my devices won't connect to the net...I literally watch the Home Hub for a minute waiting for the light to start flashing orange....which it does and then reconnects.

 

Ive no idea why this is.

 

 

Any thoughts

Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results. Make sure you delete your phone number before posting.

Can you use this speed tester then carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.
