HH5 reboots every morning @9.11a.m. like clock work?

Why is this happening? Every morning, bang on time 9.11a.m..

09:11:39, 29 Jul. (58981.610000) PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]

I've been on to BT and I'm trying to get a replacement Type B sent out instead of the Type A but they say on the phone there is no difference and a Type B will do exactly the same.

Re: HH5 reboots every morning @9.11a.m. like clock work?

@NeilO BT Moderator. I dont suppose this fault with the network also has anything to do with the Home Hub 5 rebooting lately, every moring at 9.11a.m. on the dot? NeilO I have just put my telephone number in the service status box and it says there is a fault with broadband in my area, would this have something to do with my HH5 rebooting lately?can you find out what the problem is for me please?

Re: HH5 reboots every morning @9.11a.m. like clock work?

I have a similar problem - it resets at about 1am every morning for me.

But I am having problems last couple of days with loading pages - spins for ages and won't load, then suddenly I refresh the page and it loads.  It's also playing havoc with my facebook games - keeps telling me that the wifi connection has been lost and to refresh the page.

Any ideas - I checked the service status but apparently no problems in the area?
