HH5A Firmware

I upgraded to the HH5A at the beginning of the month and have been experiencing a lot of dropped connections, typically every hour.  I understand that this is a known issue and was fixed in firmware updates but my HH is running when the latest is  The update process is supposed to be automatic but I have waited and waited and no update has ever been delivered and I'm getting pretty tired of the drop outs ruining things.


Is there anything I can do to force an update or expedite it?  I've tried factory resets twicem once a week for the last two weeks.
